Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Farsley DIY & Pet Supplies. We want both you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every DIY item and pet accessory. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags and manuals included.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at contact@farsleydiypet.com or call 01 1325 63467.
  • Include your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for return.
  • Upon approval you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 5 business days of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original PayPal account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless we are at fault.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product.
  • To exchange, send us an email with your order details; exchanges are subject to stock availability.
