1. Return Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags and manuals included.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for return.
- Upon approval you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 5 business days of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original PayPal account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless we are at fault.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product.
- To exchange, send us an email with your order details; exchanges are subject to stock availability.
